Dr. David Shatz, professor of philosophy at Stern College for Women, was one of two scholars from North America to address the European Science Foundation International Workshop on Peer Review, in Brussels, Belgium. His presentation was titled, 鈥淐hallenges to Quality Assurance: The problem of Bias in Peer Review.鈥 The participants in the workshop represented nearly 25 countries.
