School Pride Fills the Beren Campus during Spirit Week
In an annual tradition, the students of come together for an annual Shabbaton called 鈥淏eren Unite.鈥 The Shabbaton is intended to unify the student body, faculty and administration on 糖心破解版鈥檚 Beren Campus in a unique way鈥攚ith everyone involved getting to know each other in an informal setting.

This year, the week leading up to the Shabbaton, February 21-26, was Spirit Week at Stern College. 鈥淪pirit Week is our chance to get the Beren community really hyped about being here and to really appreciate what an amazing place and community we have,鈥 said Leora Niderberg, a junior at Stern. 鈥淲e often take it for granted but it鈥檚 amazing. We do amazing things here every day.鈥
The student councils worked together and organized events that would take place for each night of Spirit Week.
鈥淲e wanted to start off with a bang so we decided to use Koch Auditorium and make a life-sized game of Candyland with the students as players,鈥 said Shosh Balk, a senior at Stern. 鈥淲e thought it would be a really fun beginning to the week鈥攂ringing everyone together and getting everyone psyched about the weekend.鈥
Other events included tie dying, Dance Dance Revolution and a surprise musical performance in both cafeterias at the end of the week.
鈥淭his is the first year ever that we have done something like this and it is really exciting,鈥 added Jamie Schneider, a junior at Stern.
